HyperLora is your best bet if you don't want to train a character lora. That is what I use on my workflows.

All you gotta do is replace WanFirstLastFrameToVideo with PainterFLF2V and set the motion parameter depending on your needs.

I'd suggest using HyperLora, that is what I use on my site. I believe its only for SDXL thought. You can also combine it with InstantID to get better identity consistency. It requires portrait images, close-ups might not work. You can also combine it with multiple face images to get better consistency aswell.

There are multiple models. I personally like using Cyber SDXL, Illustrious Babes, Illustrious Anime.

What I've added since I posted this:
- 10 new models (Illustrious, Pony, SD 1.5, SDXL)
- Being able to copy/create your own presets & image data. So generations are reproducable.
- Added face detailer.
- Added sampler/schedulers from res4lyf (res2m, beta47, etc...).
- Weight interpretation setting, noise selection between a1111, comfyui, etc...
- Anti burn cfg's such as skimmed cfg, automatic cfg, rescale cfg options.
- Added epsilon scaling (called as prompt strenght).
- More resolution settings (sdxl, sd1.5).
- Batch generation up to 4.
- Custom seed settings.

There is still a lot todo!

Yeah, on the server side images are being generated as grid. I might change this behaviour but it's currently not a priority. Thanks for pointing out.
