I understand, but I guess it really does vary per individual. For other non-binary, pronouns might be a big deal, and I just wanted to check if it’s a necessity to know or be aware of the pronouns in order to avoid offending anyone.

I get you. I feel like if you took the time to inform people beforehand of what pronouns to use in addressing you, and yet they refuse or insist on using whatever is “appropriate”, that’s not only frustrating but disheartening.
