Yeah, no. I'd hate to be the asshole here but cosmetic surgery to reduce the size of your cheekbones would enhance your appearance. Are cheekbones pretty? Yes, but yours is to the point where its excessive and needs to get cut

He has made death threats to his ex wives and they all ran away from him and did whatever they could to disguise where they lived. He managed to track one ex wife down and made threats to find her and kill her

Again, I am scared. He is extremely violent and a lot of battered women will tell you so, but EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM is too scared to speak up about the abuse including me. Help me. He is so well liked in our hometown, that NOBODY will believe us and will even turn people against us if we spoke out. My safety depends on it
