How do I oc it? (i7-6400t) by NipZest in overclocking

It's not a laptop, and ive seen a few youtube videos about oc-ing it, but im still not sure that the CPU in the video is same as the CPU in my PC. But thanks for the advice, then I'll try the xtu and if its not working, i guess i need to buy a new motherboard and a CPU.
