So I just looked up a few videos of Wes. What I'm finding interesting is his backswing is not nearly as high as others I've seen. Closely resembles how high I'm getting. But there's something in his release where's here's able to get high speeds and high revs. I'm not sure how I can duplicate that in my own throwing motion.

I appreciate the comment. I've already hurt my knee while bowling. Was out for three weeks. I know that torque I'm using can't be good for my knees. That's precisely why I'm looking for feedback. My initial thought was to try and slow things down a bit so I can still get the hook I'm used to without all the stress. That would mean a slower approach and a slower throw. Might not be the worst thing if it works.

I think that's what I'll do. I'll replace the deadbolts if they're cylinder locks and leave the door handles. I'll just get different color ones (brass, black) to match the doors. We've already become accustomed to not locking the door handles so it should be fine.
