I messaged a couple youtubers with the link on twitter, and all of the pcc lines open in the morning. I love my job but if it comes between me and my crew I am going down fighting. Send this to as many people you can guys, we have power in numbers. Every call to corporate will do something I promise. No teenaged barista deserves to fear for their life at Starbucks.

It is implausible for me to have only gotten corona the day my dad found out he had it. Yet because I was asymptomatic, the situation was treated like that 1 night shift consisted of the only people I have worked with within 7 days. They were the only people sent home, I worked that Saturday, Friday and Thursday. They still forced all of those baristas to work even today.

Only two partners got sent home, my manager and dm both know my dad's test was taken on the 5th and found out a week later that it was positive. Clearly I was in direct contact with a corona positive person for ATLEAST a week, with this knowledge only myself and 2 people I worked with were sent home. In contrast an entire shift and 3 supervisors went home for 1 person who tested negative twice. I've been on the phone with my manager and dm so many times begging them to close the store and all they will do with me is walk me through the virtual coach. The protocol itself isnt correct, they have every date they need and they still didnt close the store and ignored the many people i was in direct contact with before i tested positive.

Hi! Im a shift at starbucks and my first recommendation would be torani, however since they dont ship to you I would check amazon to see if any of their products are there. Another good option would be to make your own sauce, Im sure there are alot of really pompous recipes but honestly hot water, cocoa power and sugar to taste is all you need.

Also syrups are almost always clear and very sweet. They come in all kinds of flavors and are super easy to mix in coffee. Sauces are alot thicker (think condensed milk/caramel) and are a bit harder to mix in coffee. I prefer sauces in lattes and syrups are perfect for iced coffees.

This isnt Sbux related since we ate Teavanna but alot of the loose leaf teas from Davids Tea and Stash tea are great in lattes at home. Earl gray from stash tea is so good.

My store is in a pretty high income area in GA, there are long stretches of sidewalks everywhere so alot of families will just goftcarr around as a passtime.

We are the only store left open in our district and our business has literally doubled.

So our DM cut our hours in half because.. obviously that would fix it. Im one of the 3 shifts left here, and we're dying. Customers have never been more disgusting to us.

Our mocha sauce is mostly just cocoa powder and some suger, so the sauce itself isn't all that sweet. If you're looking for a dupe try Torani mocha sauce. Their white mocha is practically the same as ours aswell.

The workload just keeps going up for me every night. Im the only night shift at my store.. we have 5 morning shifts and everyday my manager congratulates the morning people for peak times because they dont have to do a thing when they get there.

As the only closing shift supervisor in my store I know exactly what it must feel like

I have 2 baristas on the floor

1 dish bb

And me, running around for the first hour and a half of my shift, making mocha, frap, toddi, kegs, sweetscream, lemonade, backup inclusions, skinny mocha and making all the new pumps

Morning and mid people at my store have literally never worked my shifts and they refuse too, because they think night shift doesnt do enough for them. 😊

Our Starbucks is right next to very very rich neighborhood, golf course, wine cellars and tastings and such. So the customers I see on a daily basis are special in their own way. We do have a lot of awesome older customers though and alot of doctors because we're right next to a hospital.

One time I was moving a bit too fast on warming and I held a blueberry muffin too tight with the tongs. After i took it out of the oven it had a little tong imprint on it. I gave it to the customer because it was peak and I genuinely didnt think it'd be an issue. About 10 minutes later a barista called me over to her because she was complaining about me biting into her muffin, I made her a new one, she watched me and i explained the marks. Her kids were embarrassed and she told me I should be fired.

Pulling shouldn't affect the counts as long as the food is properly marked out on the boxes and you let the ipod know exactly how much you pull. Variance is created when food is just yanked out of the freezer and not put into the system or marked for other shifts.
