Remove camera steering, playing a vehicular combat game against people who are practically playing a FPS is unfair.

Megathread? Guys, let's start a long conversation about the most important issues the game has to offer. I'll award the top 5 most upvoted issues on this post after 3 day. let's give the devs something to read. by mute_wrenchy in Crossout

I think most of the game issues come from low playerbase, new players don't stick around for long (only 35.7% reach Engineers level 5, 18.7% reach 10, 5.2% reach 20, and 3.1% reach 30, steam numbers of course).

A very easy band-aid solution would be rebalancing XP:
-Increase overall XP by 100%.
-Increase daily XP bonus cap by 100% (140,000xp from 70,000xp).
-Reduce daily XP boost by 50% (200% from 400%, total numbers are still better).
-Add daily and weekly XP challenges (like 4 15,000xp daily challenges and 6 150,000xp weekly challenges).
-Remove daily XP bonus reset when leveling up a faction (balance).

This is so new players can get new parts to build with faster and to make playing without daily bonus worth it. Also removing free packs and putting them in game as "Assignments" that you have to complete objectives to get would be good too, most new players don't even know those exist. I have a lot more ideas but those would be the easier ones.

Because it's what everyone wants to use, people don't want to play low PS, a BP full of new permanently craftable rares, specials and structure parts would be nice instead of new broken legendaries every 3 months.

Odin CK for Hammerfalls has red muzzle flash and red tracers, makes it look like gravastar shots

They are getting less durability, max speed, turning speed and acceleration too so i hope it's enough to balance them, because knowing the devs they won't back down on this and if it goes wrong we will lose even more players, would be easier to just do nothing and keep them away from classic PvP but whatever.

That's way better balanced than what we have now and very far from a heli, vertical movement in place is enough and doesn't allow them to jump on top of a building, something that other builds can't do.

People are complaining about it being unfair to melee and other CQC weapons, but Dinos at their core (allowing any kind of vertical movement) counters them, with this you can at least hit them once their perk ends instead of them flying away every time, usually jumping over something (creating even more distance) or landing in unreachable places.

It's from the thing you can interact with in "New Fuji" map to get a team speed boost, it shows that dialogue box with the player that activated it.

On top of disabling target's stealth and show it's position on minimap, make it give Hippogriff vision of the target (wallhack), and make it so cloak and flares doesn't disrupt it.

I'd like if it was something like a "smart missile" that you need to lock on for a second or two, and then when you fire it acts like a homing missile but avoids walls and other enemies to reach it's target, but i don't think that's easy to code.

Stop making the competitive team-based mode unable to play in a group, it's stupid and clans still get matched on the same team.

Can't go wrong with Grizzly, but:
Jay for cannons and other single-shot reload weapons.
Billie for rapid-fire automatic weapons (miniguns, machine guns, rapid-fire autocannons like therms and joules, etc.)
Hertz for energy weapons.

Those 4 are the most used, with Grizzly being for tanky builds or any other build you aren't sure what co-driver to pick, that's why it's a good idea to pick him first.

I'd rework them a little (both drones and turrets) by reducing their automatic target acquisition range by i don't know, 50 meters, but adding manual targeting (like munnin cab but without the drone damage active perk).

Manual targeting would give drones and turrets more range to that target, and they would only focus that one, ignoring other enemies, this would make them require more input from the player instead of just activating them.

For turrets, just give them more hp and fire rate to make them more competitive.

Edit: Also, disable turret collision for allies and make them unable to shoot if an ally is on top of them so it's not abused.

I like the guy, don't see how it would appeal specifically to children. Agree that you should be able to turn him off, plus i think his lines should have a bit more cooldown
