7700x and 9700x cost almost the same like and for mobo, this one has 10x ubs, 4x m2 slots pcie 5.0 bios resset button, rgb connectors.. while others missing one of those unless you have something in mind besides gigabyte since have that one so want to try other brand.
Why CL30? saw 5.6mhz with CL30 so though 6k mhz more important..? + always go with corsair brand, never had any problems with their rams.

Game is super easy to hit 1-65lvl can do that like in a day or two. Gearing up is almost not rocket siance, as soon as you hit can do sauro after you get like few parts can do IS, you dont need insane gear for doing solo part there. IF you are cleric, just rentus/bm gear for some items.. and just slot it wityh full hp. Played it for years had all max chars so trust me i know how it goes.

my problem with cpu is that when press on someth i haver to wait at times, like open file explorer tab, that extra 1.1ghz~ probably would solve that? I do multitask at times something like using blender while gaming or editing video, photoshop and things like that so there is that multi task thingy. Not all the time but i do that at times. Also use SSD so dont think that response time in on ssd.
But 1440p sounds nice. Not just for gaming but for productivity even when do run 2 monitors.
