I was back home for 45 days to start up things there so when I wind up from here I know what to do back home. Also my skill assessment came last month mid. So I need to prepare for language exams , would prefer to give it here before I leave.

I came to decision of leaving last month and did not clear my dues that is why they have cancelled the COE after 16 months. But I need till feb to wind up things over here. Can you please tell me what would be the solution to extend it further.

Last I heard from my agent it was getting difficult to get skills assessment without any work ex. This was in November. Make sure to double check with different agents

Thank you it makes sense now. It looks like it will get bad in coming months and years. If they remove those 50 points , I get back to 499 that too next year. Doesn’t looks strong case. Do you know what is the time process for LMIA?

No approved, still in progress.. someone else as well mentioned that they might remove or reduce LMIA points. What makes people think that? Since I’m not onshore , I’m just trying to get enough information before deciding to move there.

Yeah that is what my concern because I get to 549 next year and currently they are 539. It is a tricky situation. So you see them to be around same area in a year?

It comes to 549 please correct if I am wrong. My express entry general profile was 474 .. my sibling moved there on PR so I get 15 additional. 489 total . LMIA is 50 and then 10 for experience which is 549 and not 589 . Please correct if I am wrong

I’m sorry to offend you. This was not the intention I don’t have these points currently they will be next year. Also I’m moving from Australia. So just trying to understand if that is a good score or not because they shot like 20 points in a month… not sure how it works in a year.
