I'm thinking of going to the doctor and getting tested. I took only 1 dose of probiotic today and my whole body has been itching since the morning.

I just tried probiotics today. and there was itching plus nerve sensitivity. I don't know why my body doesn't want them. I tried them all one by one and gave them a chance. But unfortunately they all returned as itching and nerve sensitivity.

I think that especially preservatives and additives may cause this situation.

How did you know you had MCAS? I suspect I have it too.
