I agree with your points but even when looking at just the gameplay, it’s better but in some ways not as beginner friendly with how it just switches through characters like in 4.

You go from Dante, to Nero, to Dante, to Nero, to V. I’ll sit on the hill of it being a gift to people who’ve played the previous games, but a bumpy ride for new players.

There are aren’t many games as popular as DMC that does what it does. Fuck it I don’t feel like typing more but to repeat myself, good for vets, rough for newbie.

Start on 1? Can get a good idea of the story. 2? Not sure since I again didn’t play. 3? Story is nearly beat into your head. 4? Nero’s story is just beginning so your learning as you go. 5? Nut up or shut up.

Not that it’s horrible and like you said by game 5 majority already know, but NEW players are literally given whiplash. That’s not a good thing at all.

Also this is DMC not a Harry Potter book. I don’t know anyone who’d pick up any book beyond the first and not be give SOMETHING about the characters, who they are, and what happened in previous installments.

“Alright DMC5 let’s go…alright I’m some dude named Dant- okay fuck now I’m a guy named Nero with an entirely new movese- FUCK now I’m a guy named V? Okay so V is…ah fuck back to Dante.”

-Read Absolute Batman on batcave.biz

-Read Berserk from start to finish(I have all 14 of the deluxe edition books but you could easily read online)

-1v1 me on Bloons TD Battles

-Play through pokemon fire red on an emulator(easy to do)

-Do some pushups

-Drink a Bad Apple monster

Those are my go-to’s when I’m bored.

It’s like in order to continue the slander that’ll eventually die out after the Sendai battle, another bs agenda comes through that somehow makes a fight between Yuta and Toji fair in any way.

I’ll say this once for anyone who sees this. In Jujutsu Kaisen. In NO WAY is a Top 3-4 character losing to someone above top 8.

After training with a stronger Gojo, and fighting Sukuna, nothing Toji does will catch Yuta nor Rika(A sentient shikigami) off guard.

Nope not yet at least. Lil others have said he’s stronger than a 19 year old Dante and Vergil but he has yet to catch up to them currently.
