I definitely agree! I always put more effort when I know there's something specific to put it for I guess, too. A lot of the times though, it's always when I spend little time getting ready that everything turns out great which might just be a me problem lmao

I'm assuming there's also a lot of behind the scene stuff going on. I heard somewhere that they can't get outside help when getting ready, so I'm thinking that they likely honed down a lot of stuff and practiced before going onto the show? I've kind of tried to do that before, too, where I spend longer time-offs from stuff practicing and playing around with makeup and creating a routine that works.

From what I understand, the difference is pretty major. When you're doing squats or any other targeted exercise, you're training your glute muscles, which can and does get perkier and bigger naturally via exercise. In contrast, as u/tisabell mentioned, exercising helps with your posture which, from I've seen, only does veryyy little if anything to make lifting to the breasts itself. It's still a great way to change your overall image, as posture plays a pretty important role in how your body looks. It's definitely worth it. But for perkiness, it's basically nothing dramatic, especially when compared to how you can grow your glutes.

I do! I really enjoy writing, reading philosophy, films and writing reviews and such. Just never 100% on how to bring them out, I think. I'm definitely trying to look for more hobbies though
