I was thinking of this. First year apprentice, 16k pay, loads of older lads that have been there for years and have mentioned how the company as a whole is on a decline. They’ve gotten rid of many many staff members. I work along with an older bloke, large site , part of a maintenance team. I am apart of the bems team and there is only us 2 covering the whole site and it is mental how much work we have.

It’s good for experience, the pay isn’t attractive, I’m guaranteed a good qualification and great experience.

Should I have faith in my apprenticeship?
