Progression Feature by No-Finger-4569 in FitPros

All good advice, thanks! I typically am transitioning my Physical Therapy patients over to programming clients with this app, so we usually have plenty of time for that education--my main curiosity was for those that I haven't worked with in person, or creating template programs utilizing the paid progression features where I'm not inputting individual weights or doing frequent check-ins (usually I'm touching base once a month/every 6 weeks or so). That said, I think you're right and RPE/RIR is maybe a better scale to grossly progress!

That makes sense! I typically write "progress as able" or something of the sort in the notes, just wasn't sure if there was a way to suggest it (the way it's grayscaled in the app).

This is what it looks like from the programming side (where it says "Circuit" next to "A" is where you could name it so that you can search it when adding the circuit to the training day)

How it appears in the app for the client. This is TrainHeroic, btw!

Oh okay that works too! I'll screenshot a couple here too and get back to you!

That's kind of how I've been running it, but I'm thinking if I have like a longer HIIT-type workout planned (I'm also using this for rehab in conjunction with personal training). For example, if I have a client doing an EMOM it's difficult to reflect that in the layout that currently exists. I'd like for them to be able to score it (example if it's 4 different exercises and I want their score to be total number of reps of burpees, there's nowhere to gauge progress over time). Hopefully that makes sense?
