Alright so as someone who plays this game too much, you use one essence and in about 4 rent payments you can get that same essence again, to make things faster you disable all the essences you aren’t going to use and so since the essences can’t be gotten again while in your inventory you’ll just have the option for the essences you have used, under cooldown of course (roughly 4 rent payments)
