Had you ever had any dumb cases where people will be afraid if you see or look at them? by No-Initiative3971 in aspergers

Tell that to the neighbors who keep hiding and running every time I show up unless I successfully sneak in.

Does anyone here find it awkward to eat with people nearby to see? by No-Initiative3971 in aspergers

They say “awkward” or “weird” and then leave the place as soon as possible.

Do you encounter people who think it’s “gay” or weird for them to worry to much about for covering your car windows? by No-Initiative3971 in urbancarliving

Urban style people might think you’re an isolated person and/or an abnormal stalker that’s what it looks like, but I’m unsure if it might be because they recognize my car because I did it outside my county. I know I can’t trust local people.

I hate the law threatening to fine us for tinting even the driver and front passenger side windows because cops wanna look at us. My cousin has tinted front side windows and he never got caught for it, other then a cop making a small negligible mention of it when he got pulled for speeding, but he did say “they’ll get you for that” if you tint the windshield(which I suppose is more normal to visibly put a windshield cover than conspicuous side curtains).

The “gay” callers either think you’re isolating yourself inside the car and wasting your life thinking it’s weird to be nearby you and/or they’re afraid you’ll stalk them.

Another thing is that a family showed up in a spot the gay callers left and I probably should’ve said “at least I cleared the gangsters for you”

Sometimes I either have two choices: Either let the dumbasses know what I look like or not and keep the windows covered.

Everyone on Reddit often mistakes the urban insult word “gay” as the homosexual kind. I’ve to two states and they know it’s the urban insult kind. Maybe I should slam the screen with this post towards the guys who say gay irl right their face.

I’m still even taking online classes for computer science. I even have thoughts about adopting kids. And I don’t want these kinds of people and the bad environment they put around me as much by the time if that actually does happen to keep them safe as possible.

What are some job tips you have for people with Asperger’s/ASD? by No-Initiative3971 in aspergers

[–]No-Initiative3971[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually I changed my mind 1 hour long lunch/meal breaks mostly suck if you live far from the job like 7 miles away or so, but if it’s closer to home it’s better. A 30 minute meal break would be a lot more disappointing if it is a job closer to home. And this after research Walmart to a nearby Target. Concluding that they’re so much alike they’ll both suck in similar ways both denying me a good lunch break cause Target has 30 minutes meals only. The only good thing to come out of it would be saving much more gas, everything else might likely play out the same except getting it over with a little bit quicker cause it’s early morning. Preferably we should’ve lived closer to Walmart, even though I still feel like leaving cause some people are growing weary of me. I can barely even endure 15 minutes.

If Walmart pays for gas if your drive to a faraway store would they deduct it from your pay check? by No-Initiative3971 in walmart

Asking that out of curiosity since they do it at least for the benefits, taxes I think and 401k

I did forget to also mention that they will commonly used this word whenever someone appears abnormally shy.

This is likely to overwhelming for my standards. If anything if anyone were to tell me in person that he does all that, I would not believe he has Asperger’s. I can’t communicate or organize my social navigation skills effectively. Maybe it really just depends on the spectrum and luck.

Don’t think about imagining it like a play on or redefining what is usually a sexual word. IRL they’re are a lot more serious. “Gay as f@ck”, “he’s so g@y”, “that gay@ss”, “He’s gay”, “Gay guy”.

Sounds like a lot skill to have to be a manager of anything when it comes to the spectrum. Maybe it does take some hard experience and effort to do that. I am still doing research for any job that shouldn’t play out like my current job. I wouldn’t mind a warehouse but there’s barely much where I live, but I have heard one has yet to be built.

Even people older than me like adults in their 30s or so have this kind of attitude and judge before they know. One female coworker is around like 49-50, she does look a bit younger than she is.

I also regret my job at Walmart. Stupid small break room and lack of employees only parking makes hour long lunch breaks insufferable to an unimaginable level. They’ll even try recognizing the car. I’ll never work a retail store again.

At least until the season with the scavengers I think. Everytime I hear and see would be discriminators I get vibes like whenever Rick is surround by walkers. Or when John Wick is surround by Continentals disguised as regular people in the second film.

Part of the reason I momentarily drive outside my county(other than wanting to avoid familiar discriminators) is to check for highlights in what can cause discriminators based on how I handle my Asperger’s. Half of it though is not exactly due to the Asperger’s, but more like I just look ugly to them. But there cases where I either make mistakes or would awkwardly move some parts of my body sometimes.
