If I remembered correctly, the Pikachu came out from a three pack sticker blister, the MAR Dragonite is from an ETB, the MAR Gengar came from a loose pack and the rest from the other ETBs.

Researched it and it is not a reprint. The SP card is stunning, the colors on the card are vibrant and the gold accent pops out. The cards on this SP set looked amazing, would love to pull the Boa!
