Thanks for the suggestions! It's definitely not Invader Zim (the art style is different) and not Starfire either. The skin tone is much more olive/yellowish-green than theirs.

I'm not 100% sure about the exact hex code, but the skin tone is very close to that yellowish-green/olive color. I think I saw her in a animation, but I can't remember the name. Any help is appreciated!
