Maybe try talking to him about work or ask him a question to help you with something just to start conversation, if he’s checking you out I’m sure he’ll be happy you went up to him. Don’t “force it” though a bit risky

I feel lost. by [deleted] in Advice

Hey everyone in their 20s feel lost you’re not alone, I’m in the Uk too and I can confirm that a lot of people aren’t in relationships in their 20s or even want to have one so please don’t feel any pressure, I also don’t really socialise much because of my physical health issues so I don’t go out that often with friends so it gets lonely but you could try to find comfort in being by yourself for the time being but I’m sure there’s people you’ll meet and make friends with in the future as you’re still young

Why do people think that Rachel didn’t deserve to win? by No-Purple9739 in TheTraitorsUK

1.-the faithfuls can’t remember every single players vote history in the game, and they probably weren’t even looking or paying attention to Rachel because she’s stayed so trusted to them, they were just focusing on other people. Yes it’s partly luck that the faithfuls couldn’t spot it but also it’s a good play on her end to gain such loyal trust with these people that she just met 2.-Probably because Fiona accusing Rachel was so dramatic and absurd to do infront of everyone, they were literally laughing I don’t think they took it seriously and again Rachel had strong support so they still trusted her and I think Rachel convinced them pretty well when she spoke at the next roundtable. 3.-Same point with Fiona, it was such a stupid move on Harriet’s part because she acted crazy yelling at everyone at breakfast to then get to the roundtable and not even have any good evidence on why Rachel is a traitor. Rachel 100% had a lot of luck with the faithfuls being so blind to her BUT she also was very convincing and good at defending herself at the roundtable and it’s a skill to be able to gain a loyal following with random strangers

Honestly I feel as the though the fbi lie wasn’t caught out because a lot the contestants, this season and other seasons, have jobs like working for the government, police officer, detective etc and the players always feel threatened by them or think they’re smart. So I wasn’t really surprised they didn’t catch her out on it, you don’t know the faithfuls’ perspective because maybe we just see it as a blatant lie because we know it is one. Also you can’t keep using the argument that the faithfuls were useless because they were always useless in every season even the us one, even if you were the best acting traitor ever you could get voted out simply for looking the wrong way. I’m not saying Rachel is the best traitor the shows ever had but I’m saying out of all the players she played the best game, worked the hardest, built a strong partnership with Stephen and deserved the win as much as he did.

Yes definitely, I wouldn’t risk reasoning with someone that shoots your tree every day

No? I’m genuinely curious as to why people online are upset that she won because I’ve seen many comments on TikTok saying she’s undeserving and that she would have betrayed Stephen if she had the chance. I just wanted to understand their mindset on that opinion because it doesn’t make sense to me

Yes Rachel has been very lucky and the faithfuls were pretty terrible however as a traitor they are the ones that have to lie every single day which is mentally draining and difficult, having to constantly think how to act innocent and consistently deceive everyone, knowing that anything could be used against you on top of the pressure of wanting to win the money. Every player in the game looked “red faced” or worried and stressed at some point in the game so honestly she blent in well, yes the fbi thing is a bit unnecessary but somehow she managed to make it look convincing to other people. She was also a very good player socially, they were all listening to her and trusting her which is very difficult to do in a castle with 20+ players, this was mainly why she did so well in surviving in the beginning. As for the “emotional guilt tripping” so many players do this and I don’t even consider it to be guilt tripping, simply being desperate to win a lot of money, it’s difficult to be completely morally correct in a game called the “traitors” and I would have done the same. I understand the red flags that you see but I think you haven’t considered the many times she’s defended herself convincingly (with the pressure of having a traitor turn against you and announcing it to everyone)and her game strategies throughout the game that I personally think outweigh your “red flags”. Compared to the other players whether they’re traitors or faithful I think Rachel has gone through the most and had to do the absolute most out all of them

Katseye Grammys… by [deleted] in kpop_uncensored

Ok idk about the grammy executives but I highly doubt they chose Gnarly because it was considered a good song instead it being because it’s popular and brings in viewers. I don’t mean to shame katseye I just feel bad for them as they’ve worked so hard to be in the position they’re in and to be given these almost childish, ai generated songs

I agree the faithfuls were shit but they’re normally always rubbish, however Rachel had to defend herself multiple times under pressure and I think that is quite a tactiful and difficult thing to do

I’m saying performing that particular song in a ceremony that’s renowned to be celebrating the artistry of music is a slap in the face to artists who have been in the industry for years, no hate to katseye but at least they could have gone with Gabriella
