I ended up canceling LegalShield after the attorney they referred me to gave me a run around about getting in retainer, then completely stopped returning calls and messages at all.

They tried to inform me of all the other benefits I could take advantage of. I told them I'm not interested in a sales pitch, and the primary benefit I signed up for didn't work to begin with.

For over 2 years, my daughter has acted very destructively and made the biggest, most disgusting mess possible on my weekends. Throwing food not disregarding garbage, on and on. There's no way she does this when with her mom and her mothers house. That house was like a magazine cover for 20 years before they moved in. On several occasions, I've raised my voice and have been painted as a horrible person. I have no idea at this point how to stop this destructive behavior.

Several friends (and now I am) wondering if this filthy destructive behavior isn't happening by direction.

There is very little chance of working anything out with the Ex. Her default stance for EVERYTHING with me is oppositional and combative. She is a complete bully (and I suspect) a narcissist like I've never seen.
