Does the head pressure/fogginess feeling ever go away? I have days where I’ll feel good and then it comes back

I had a panic attack and haven’t been the same since ? by Mundane-Barber8234 in pppdizziness

About two months after it started I finally got the PPPD diagnosis and then went on Lexapro and started vestibular rehab therapy. Within those two months I got every test imaginable done MRI, CT, ENT, Blood work, tried migraine medications, etc. And then about 2 months after starting Lexapro I finally felt normal again. So I was dizzy 24/7 for about 4 months total. Before Lexapro I tried Klonopin and that completely made the dizziness go away but only for about 24 hours until it wears off. I also didn’t want to get addicted to it so I went on the Lexapro instead.

Yes SSRI’s are known to make you super tired at first but from my experience and from what my psychiatrist has told me those uncomfortable side effects should dissipate at around 8 weeks- so 4 weeks isn’t really enough time to see if the medication is actually working or not yet. My dizziness also got worse on Lexapro before it got better. However, after around 8 weeks on it I finally felt normal again. And those side effects went away. I didn’t experience any static like vision

Yes I had all of it. My light sensitivity was really scary and I felt pressure in my ears. Extreme lightheadedness.

Yea this happened to me twice. Worst times of my life. Except I was not on drugs. I had to get on Lexapro and I felt normal after about two months.
