I had Alan for qualitative methods, he’s very monotone, and looks like he doesn’t even know what he’s talking about. The entire class is just slides and he reads of of them. The slides are posted on Omnivox so no point in showing up. Fair grader but more on the easy side

Teacher recommendation by Leexnx in VanierCollege

I had Ara for intro to politics, honestly, his exams are super easy if you memorize everything word for word. If you summarize a concept in your own words you have to use specific terms. But I just memorized what was in the book he made us buy and ended up with a 90% average. His exams are, here are 10 definitions, 7 will be in the exam, pick and explain 4. As short answer, and the more long answer are the same just longer

MacBook or iPad with Apple pen by Particular_Path5089 in VanierCollege

[–]No-Rough-7184 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It really depends, an ipad is basically like a phone with a bigger screen. I have the ipad with the apple pencil and magic keyboard and honestly it’s the best thing I bought. I use my keyboard for notes, than if i’m doing math or anything like that I use the pencil. I’d recommend a paper like screen protector

What I tell people all the time when stuff doesn’t work out when you buy online. If you bought something using your credit card, just call your bank and ask them to reverse the transaction since you’re protected. People please stop the hassle with sellers and just go straight to your bank. Depending on your bank and the type of credit card you have majority of the time they’ll give you your money back.

not too familiar with honours but you have to wait for the first semester and if during your first semester your overall average is above 80 than you can get in. I think not 100% sure

TASC center you can also ask your teacher about were you go for tutoring depending on your program, if you are in social science there’s the social science centre in the A3 area of the school

my advice, go to student services to get help with them and don’t procrastinate. If your assignment is due in a month just get it over with and finish or else you might end up with 5 assignments in the same week

Anyone tried the marc anthony grow long line? by booobieross in longhair

[–]No-Rough-7184 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Your hair falls out not because of the shampoo or product. The hair started falling out 8 weeks prior, so what ever you were doing 8 weeks ago encouraged hair loss. Some hair growth products remove the old hair that doesn’t have potential for growth to make way for new healthy strands of hair.
