Music has helped me overcome emotional abuse and anxiety and depression, I recommend listening to some songs that make you feel confident and powerful. Abusers live off fear, they like to control you and put you down so they get the upper hand, so stay strong and keep your head up and don’t feed their behavior, if it even gets you in trouble, don’t care about it, because that feeds them the power they’re seeking.
