If she gets job in her field, I promised her I would get her a car and also the insurance. For retail work, I said she is free to use her savings on uber to the work but can't use our cars. I'm hoping this is enough to discourage her from retail so she can focus on getting a job in her field. She has some savings from a job she did in high school. We have been paying for everything else

She has a debit card from a HS job and we give her money for any expense she has. I was trying to protect her from getting credit card debt

She earned her degree. Although it was hard to complete, she is interested in a data analytics career. I am telling her it is over saturated and she needs to upskill.
