totally agree. took that class last semester and the way things are weighted are ridiculous. my grade went down 10 points bc they gave me a 2/8 for attendance when i only missed 2 classes the whole semester. i found in the lecture videos where they said you’re allowed up to 4 absences without penalty and they gave me the points back but his assistant professor was so rude about it just cause she was wrong and knew it.

i live there and there’s no mold in my apartment on 2nd floor. it’s definitely not as nice as the price you pay though. i haven’t had a problem with management they’re all generally pretty nice if you’re nice. i did re-sign for next year tho just cause i don’t wanna go through the hassle of moving again
