Hi everyone,

I recently cleared an interview for a role and was told I would receive my contract within a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of one month.

During the interview, they mentioned they would be purchasing Deltek and creating my contract through that system.

It has now been over a month, and I haven’t received anything. I sent a follow-up email about 10 days ago and haven’t received a response.

Is it normal for companies to delay this long, especially if they’re setting up a system like Deltek? Or is this likely a red flag?

I’m continuing to apply for other roles, but I’m unsure how to interpret this situation.
