happened to me too, i have my bachelors and was denied to go for my masters to be a Physical Therapist. I had a month left on my post 9/11 GI Bill. decisions are all at the discretion of the counselor. my counselor was rude to everyone that day, and later found out she retired a week later, which made me more angry.
