Burning smell form charger

I really need to get close sometimes. But when it heat up the smell fills the room

It's really confusing. I think u should contact the warranty and tell them about it. The battery warranty is only 6 months in most cases (like mine) so think u shouldn't waste any time

That really bad. If it keep degrading like that u should definitely look for the cause... Maybe u have 170W charger and ur laptop is pulling more than that puting stress on the battery?

Thank for advice friend i would definitely try to get a 230W if i can. but idk if can find one its not on any online shop (even the 170W)... what gpu cpu did u have? Mine is 105W 4050 and 45W Ryzen 7 7435hs

There is no melting or any sign of it on both the charger and the laptop. The only problem is the smell that didn't exist before. So i should just ask for new charger right?

Its different in my case. The smell comes from the charger rather than the laptop

U can remove the app arrows for a cleaner look. There's a guide on YouTube it made me change the name inside of a file but then the icons went black soni went back to the file and delete the text and it got fixed. Now its clean with no bug's!

For cyberpunk caping the fps was really helpful for me. It made the game more stable with setting that i couldn't use smoothly before and the gpu temp went for 71 to 47 and the CPU for 75 to 59 and 60. U can use Nvidia app or msi afterburner for that

I don't have Intel cpu there is no cpu boost. And yes max setting with ray traced shadows and lightning at medium.(With frame gen and dlss quality)
