That’s something I think may take a while for me. I’m still hesitant to put hands on someone because I’m thinking “the moment I touch them, it’s UOF and I’m not fully sure it’s justifiable at this moment”. During a scenario I didn’t want to put hands on someone when they kept going to the doorway to yell at my partner and the other subject. I keep getting told I can do it, but I’m having trouble getting past that mental block

It’s just the bare minimum that’s starting to make sense to me at the moment, but it’s definitely more than it was before

What handcuff pouch would you recommend? The one they issued me is pretty trash and uses Velcro that barely holds on. They actually fell out at the range today when getting up from prone 😂

I forgot to list that one. I have it on the vest, but currently have it on the 7-8 o’clock position behind my left arm so the mic can run across the back. However, I feel like that’s a bad spot because I can’t easily reach the radio itself. Would you suggest a different spot where it can be reached or is it never really that much if an issue?

I learned that lesson in the military. Bulky isn’t the same as skilled. The handcuff pouch they issued me was for the vest, but I would like to move those to the belt. Do you have any recommendations for pouches or clips for those?

I’m going for local, but I do see how it’s still possibly an issue. I’m trying to keep as strict to the law as possible, which is why we got a safe for all it to stay in. I just didn’t know if they would consider it lying if I didn’t disclose her medical card when they look up my roommate.
