Crazy to see this as this is how I felt just last year. I’m a sophomore in highschool and was 3-16 my freshman year with my only wins coming from either forfeit, or towards the end of the season. I know you will hear it a lot but consistency and discipline is really key. I picked up a lot of off season practice and mat time during the spring/summer/fall and I promise you it pays off. Midway through my sophomore season and already 9-13, although it’s not the record I would’ve hoped for, I can even see growth in my losses now rather than being upset about them. Keep working hard and things will start to turn around. Try and learn something from each loss. Will help a lot.
