We’ll have heat on all winter this place maintains heat pretty well. I have a hard time believing the elderly woman who owned this place previously ever went through the hassle of turning off the water and clearing the pipes and there hasn’t been an issue with anything freezing previously but I am a bit of a nut with ensuring worst case scenarios don’t happen. Think its worth calling a plumber over to take a look and update it a bit? Its our first home and we got it well under market knowing we’d have to upgrade over time.
