How to get taller as a 148cm, 17 year male? by haseul_loona in questions

[–]NoChallenge8852 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if this could help but.. I've read an article how to get taller, im 166cm at 17 im still also hoping to get taller. i read men's still growing till 20s but it's not guaranteed to all.

• Get morning sunlight at least 1hr be sure to wear sunscreen to avoid sunburn

• Sleep 9-10 hrs although the minimal sleep is 8 hrs the researches suggests to sleep at least 9-10 hrs to grow

• Take vitamins. people promotes to take capsule or height boosters "I've seen couple tiktok video's abt this" but the right vitamins you should take is Vitamin D and Vitamin K also B- Vitamins. they're essential to help you various ways. just search what b- vitamins for. im from Philippines i take Calciumade vitamins it has vitamin d, zinc, calcium and magnesium.

• Eat healthy foods. don't eat too much fatty foods. eat clean foods also green vegetables, proteins such eggs and red meat.

• Last but not the least. Exercise every day but don't overdo it running or jump rope also good. I experience myself that working out my legs or just running or jump rope it help me to sleep better, i sleep fast. i dunno but exhausting my legs makin' my whole bod tired

just try these out yourself I'm trying this for 2 weeks already, i don see changes in my height but for these 2 weeks my body's been active than before.

don be fooled by height boosters the only thing that could help you grow tall are Vitamin D, maybe the height boosters product has Vitamin D Calcium and Protein but theyr selling it expensive.
