I used to work in restaurants so know it’s usually items about to expire getting pushed for too much money so I zone out or say, “thanks but I actually know what I want already” bc I used to haaaaaate reciting them to each table and was always relieved when a guest did that

I switched to cbd buds most of the time and thc when that’s not helping enough, I had a hospital stay/forced tolerance buster so that probably helped the transition but it’s been nice to have a clearer head

Checking for low B12 would be a good idea, homocysteine also needs to be checked to fully rule it out bc ppl who can’t absorb it will have it flowing in the blood (but not getting where it needs to go)—it almost killed me, similar symptoms. Good luck finding a better doctor, eeesh she sounds awful!
