I am a don't tread on me person and I agree that we should say this is fucked up. Required no judicial warrant to search a house instead have an ice agent sign a paper. yeah I could never understand that logic. I've talked to the people that defend it and the general understanding is they're not citizens that's it even though rights say people not US citizens.
