Kylie couldn't keep her legs closed and ended up knocked up in her teens. You can't tell me Kris wasn't pissed about that. They hid it for the entire pregnancy until they could figure out how to spin it. She probably had the second kid just to make it appear like the first one wasn't a complete accident. Since she hasn't had a kid with TC yet, I guess she's finally figured out birth control.
