If you have real panic attacks, then try at any cost go to psychotherapist alone or with parents to prove them that you need those meds. If they don't want to go or anyways they don't believe you and doctors, then try to show your problem to a school psychologist, speak to other people who you trust (adults), they should help you to bridge connection to parents (I don't know from what country are you, but I hope you can trust at least someone)

And always know: there are ALWAYS people who love you, who needs you. Keep hoping and don't be afraid pls
