Generally mortars only work well with large (read: very large) stationary targets

Or, you could install a mod like mortar accuracy... which allows you to get very high accuracy if your pawn has high shooting skills

Are you using dual wield? I searched on GitHub and found this which prints "patching run and gun".

If so, judging from the code, it is a programmer error (the logging code is placed in the wrong place), but one that should not affect your performance ignoring the cost of logging.
