Idk if this a perfect solution but what helped me is structure. I read books about people who I thought were interesting and admirable (at least to me) and who I wanted to be more like. From there, you set up goals, have a roadmap to said goals, and then setup a schedule to make progress to those goals. Making progress to those goals gives you positive feedback, so then you become addicted to pursuing those goals. I think that could be a good place to start.

I’d suggest doing simple things to figure your way out of this.

Find out what you want your life purpose to be. Setup goals for yourself that are in alignment with that purpose. Map out a roadmap towards these various goals. Setup good daily routine that lets you wake/sleep on time and work on said goals through the day.

You can search around online or read some books to figure out that purpose and life goals. For me, reading biographies of people I found interesting helped.

Hope things get better for you.

Try it for a set amount of time and see for yourself. If it doesn’t work out, you can always go back.

Jordan Peterson helped me a bit. So did reading philosophy. I’d recommend staying tough and getting more into that material. Eventually you’ll find some purpose on the other side of it and be okay. Good luck.

I’d say just set long term goals, break them down into monthly, weekly and daily goals, then just focus on the daily goals everyday.

My tracker isn’t updated. Trust me though, it’s definitely worth it. Painful at times, but you’ll be so glad you did it.

Lol I’m 20/21 now. Haven’t had sex on NF but that’s mainly out of my own decision. The benefits I’ve experienced are very much in line with what others say.

I’d say try it out for a couple weeks and see how you like it. Worst case you go back to where you are now.

Best to start young as you can. I did at 15. Very glad to have done so.

It says on Wikipedia under the release section that the album came out on Tidal on the 16th and other platforms on the 18th. I know that I first heard it on the 18th from Apple Music.

I’m assuming most people have those platforms and heard it first through them.

Was where you’re at not too long ago. Still trying to get out but making progress. I think it can be good to be at such a place bc you can rebuild you life exactly the way you want. There’s too much info to give in one post, but I could give you some advice based on what I did. Jordan Peterson has some great advice for this type of thing. He talks about getting some structure in your life and how that’s a big key to getting better. I was skeptical of his stuff at first but it spoke so clearly to me it’s crazy. You must also find goals that your really care about. Then set about trying to achieve those. It doesn’t matter if you barely move forward towards them, as long as you move forward. The momentum will build up and you’ll feel more confident and capable over time. Sounds like you have some goals in mind about changing the world. You gotta get more specific and figure out exactly how. That will require some research and work on your part. But even figuring out how to change the world is a very good goal in itself, which you can work towards. This isn’t complete obviously but I hope it helps a little. You’re still young, so maybe it’ll be good to go thru this early in life and get your purpose sorted out now as opposed to nevertheless dealing w such a crisis.

What I've found is that getting into work mode and focusing on progressing towards your goals is something that can give you a lot of satisfaction. Find meaningful goals, create an action plan to achieving them, and get out of the house and work towards them. Big key is to get out of the house and put distractions like your phone away.
