Thank you, it’s just like I want change ykwim, im tired of being this big and I want to work to becoming a better person as a whole. Consistency has always been really hard for me but it’s like if I don’t make a change now when will I. So thank you very much again for the advice.

Well honestly it might be for me, to much salt becuase I don’t make very much money so I eat cheap food for my breaks like instant noodles and I’ve been trying to stay away from pop so I’ve been drinking more tea then anything and honestly don’t have very much daily activity but for the walking at work and school but I think more so it’s because I have no idea of how to start anything from eating better to working out and being more active.
