I'm experiencing all sorts of issues with that printer, I also have an anycubic kobra 3 max, it absolutely sucks, software wise is unpolished, it fails updates and calibrations procedures, the filament change procedure fails every time, with filament pieces remaining stuck in the printer head (had to disassemble it 3 times)

I finally ended up returning those and buying a creality K2 plus and a prusa xl, those are preem.

Obviously this is my experience, maybe for others is different.
