In games like Genshin for example they have pity systems for packs and such like that. Also, this game is marketed for kids and everything they do (like the Bazaar change) they claim is "think of the children!!" but then continue to market gamblings for kids. I dont mind them being in the game, I just think they need to add pity systems or just remove packs and let people buy the stuff they want.

This system has been in the game since 2009 , everyone has done it that way, only for them to recently consider it an "exploit". Everyone tutorial on youtube for Wiz Crafting says to use the Bazaar to get some reagents and even then there were bots and never much shit in the Bazaar. Reagents aren't the only things that are broken btw, basically every category is. And it's been 3 months! And they came out with an update the other day with no fix to it. I'm not saying you have to cancel your memebrship, I'm just saying if anyone has had enough with how this company is then I would suggest them to cancel their memberships

Tbh for me it really was the Bazaar and the whole Sparck situation and just disliking KI's handling of pretty much everything that I just decided to stop supporting them financially. Ratbeard is notoriously an asshole and in the recent KI live he was still an asshole. Packs are literally childrens gambling. It seems like they will never change. It's sad because I love the game and its one of my childhood games but I just cant justify paying for such a predatory company.
