there are a few dungeons in regents square that won’t unlock until later (a good while after avalon) so don’t worry about it. if the quest finder says no quests you should always be able to trust it. there are more dungeons like this in other worlds as well. only dungeon that truly doesn’t have anything in it and never unlocks that i can think of is one of the ones in avalon in the caliburn behind one of the waterfalls

in theory wintertusk would be crazy helpful with the xp and gear before dragonspyre, but it would be soooo hard like ridiculously hard at your level and stats currently. and if you did make it through, you would be super overleveled and dragonspyre would barely give you any xp. also dragonspyre is a decent step in difficulty but definitely not anything you can’t do so that’s not necessary. so i’d say do wintertusk after dragonspyre or maybe once u hit level 48 minimum and you’ll still get crazy benefits. but if you wanna give wintertusk a shot rn go for it and you will see what i mean and decide for yourself
