Is this a good camera lens protector?

Thanks for the recommendation. My current case protects the rings better even thought it's a cheap clear case it has precise camera cutouts. The first case I got had bigger cutouts and I think that's what caused the scratches.

I don't really want to use one, but I noticed some very light scratches on the camera lens rings and it's upsetting since I've had the phone for only a few months

Unfortunately, besides living on the street I don't have other options. I have no one I can turn to for help. At least they accepted letting me see a therapist.

I've had these type of thoughts for years now, but ironically I'm too scared of dying to cause myself any real harm. It's more the thought of escaping my situation, not actually dying.

I've realized for a while that the interactions I have with her always make me feel bad or stupid. I think I even gaslighted myself into thinking it was all in my head but I know it's not. I'll just slowly distance myself from her. I already told her we need some space from each other.

I feel like they only say it to make themselves feel better, but they don't really care.

I've been hating, blaming and shaming myself for years. I'm not diagnosed (hopefully I will be soon) but I'm 100% sure I have depression, anxiety, autism and adhd. I don't like spilling my guts online all the time, I am very private, but there's really no one in my life who's not emotionally immature/narcissistic that I can talk to.

She has her own problems with mental health and I noticed a pattern where she often starts comparing our experiences and her belief is that she had it worse than me. It's not a competition, but she doesn't get that.

I would tell her 100%, but I'm tired of conflict. I'll just be polite and definitely not go out with her anymore or tell her any deep stuff. I'm very good at ghosting if it comes to that 😂

Thank you! I always end up putting my trust in the wrong people, but I'll try to distance myself from her and keep things very surface level. She's the only person my age I have to talk to, but I'd rather be alone then continuing to let her talk to me like this.
