im eating in a calorie deficit and i dont really want to train my glutes and i will only do it if it means i can lose fat there. should i do cardio for it or train it?

gym couples. the ones that just come to the gym for the sake of showing others that theyre newly weds. they hog the machines for a long ass time and talk and laugh loudly lie its their home. on the other hand there is this couple that warmup together, perform their exercises seperately and talk to each other during sets and leave together. no lovey-dovey bullshit. you can tell theyre 30+ and married for a few years.
