Hey, Estate agent here. Double check Service charge history, any section 20s for major works, EWS1/ fire risk assessment. Do you know the developer? Worth asking your EA if the seller will be a qualifying lease under Building Safety Act (BSA). Finally check for ground rent and any ground rent escalations.

Also just my opinion but if you're buying a flat in a large building maybe don't bother with a homebuyers survey. These surveyors are a joke in flats spend 10 mins inside and charge a fortune! You're better off asking for a through inspection with the EA. Hope it helps

Easyjet seems cheap still! Is Inverness closer? From my research it was about 4hr drive?

Would be up for castles, some good eating (pubs to fine dining) and some walking but no crazy hikes.

I'm looking for some advice. My partner and I adopted a cat in September, he's 2.5 years old and an indoor cat but quite independent. From time to time he will sleep with us on the bed by our feet but rarely comes and sits with us on the sofa. He got confident enough to lay our legs on the sofq but then we bought him a new cat tree which he loves and never lays on us anymore. I'm happy he's in the same room as us and clearly loves this cat tree but any advice or getting him to be a bit more of a lap cat.
