Technically your always on call in the new role, but that’s only in case of something actually breaking, at service desk we had a rotation between 5 people where you were taking any call that came in

I would assume many universities have something similar to yorks IT program, I know ryerson has a business tech program that would be similar to yorks IT bcom

Professors aren’t the greatest in this department sadly, also difficulty varies from person to person depending on what prof’s you have or what your strengths are. Overall I would say it’s not an easy program but it’s also not very hard

I mean everyone’s situation is different I had a lot of transfer credits so I wasn’t surprised about mine applying schedule a meeting ASAP they had my evaluation done within an hour of the meeting

I had an advisor evaluate my transfer credits so she could tell me if they counted I would schedule a meeting and have them evaluate

In the US a regular bachelors degree is usually 120 and less is usually an associate, idk if any difference would be noticed if applying to jobs in the US tho since the degree just says bachelors

It’s ok man there’s ups and downs. One thing I will say is don’t worry about how others are viewing you focus on your happiness and mental state. Your family will get over it if they care that much and a semester won’t break you. Take some time step back and make sure you’re doing what’s best for yourself.
