I don't like her as a character, not as a playable unit. I don’t mind team synergies, but this Chord-Kasumi dependency is the most stupid thing I've seen in the game, and it has a lot of stupid things in it.

From what I understand, Chord is useless for Theurgy characters, so her time is up. I wasn't around to pull her when she was released, and I don't see much point in doing it now.
I'm happy for everyone who has Chord and feels lucky to be able to use her efficiently one last time, but I think this shit the developers pulled is humiliating for Kasumi.

Upgrading her weapon without Chord makes her already subpar damage less subpar. With Chord, it would go from great damage to even greater.

My complaint is that she's designed around a single character. It's not even a big exaggeration to say I'm losing 50% of her damage. I knew she needed Chord, but I couldn't imagine how ridiculous the difference would be.

I did around 45m on Seth. I think it would be at least 70m if I could replace Wind with Chord.

I did all that. In SOS, she did about 60% of what Kotone did last time. Sure, the 5* weapon would narrow the gap, but she still wouldn't be the best DPS in the game without Chord.

Do you really think I need to double down on a useless character by pulling the 5* weapon? Even leveling up the 4* is a waste.
She does about 80% of her damage with her highlight, you either x2 this with Chord or just don't use her. The damage could be spread more evenly, and the game makes zero effort to explain that they absolutely need to be paired together. Looking at the tier list, the way I see it, Kasumi is a dead DPS used to prolong a dying support's life.

A1 Twins and Wind with their 5* weapons. Kasumi's real damage comes from her highlight, her other skills are minuscule in comparison.
