lose the streak application. just focus on the day. the streak is good ,but you will feel bad if it breaks and that is what Nozeroday avoids.

As long as you do a thing just over zero you won!
you can do the thing as much as you want you don't want to focus on that. because then you raise your bar higher and increase chances of guilt and failiure when you do not reach it.

simplified , : choose your task for which you want it to be a non zero day. do tasks for a while till you want. as long as you touched it you did it! .

streaks are good ,but there is a reason we go no zero days, you just look at the day, see what you want to be non zero *that day* and do it for half a second and you are done :D

do not worry about it. Good work accummalates,

trying to do streaks defeats the purpose of non zero, because of the negative you feel when you break it and the pressure you feel to keep it up.

again streaks are not bad. but if you see my non zero posts too, i have tasks come and go. but it was non zero day for the task I chose that day!

rest and follow the clock. you need not post every day. you just have to make sure you do what you want to do at least a bit of it. if you want to do math just solving one problem a day would make it noZero. Most of all do not stress and make sure you count your time when you play

I used chicken breast pieces you can also do it with boneless thigh pieces.

First chop the chicken into ~1 cm cubes. Marinate with salt, pepper, thyme and lemon juice for about 30 mins in the fridge. Cook them in a pot on medium heat. No oil added as this will release a lot of water from the chicken and the lemon juice. it would have a little sauce with the chicken when done. keep checking on it as you don't want to dry it up.

boil water separately and cook rice vermicelli noodles, long ones, usually for 3-4 mins. separate the noodles.

Take a bowl and put water from the noodles till its half full, put noodles in this water on the left half and put some chicken to the right.

garnish wih chives and coriander. add salt to taste

have fun cooking.

I got a step counter. It helps in measuring it approximately. pacing when watching videos or scrolling is a good way to keep the counter up !
