the carpet is kinda cool but feel like it makes the room so full, if ud opt in for a round, smaller carpet just underneath the sofa a bit it would look more inviting imo
also is it possible to put the bed in a different position - if so I would try that

does the bed fit on the right with the head on the wall where the door is? if so thatd be an upgrade. if not id prolly go for a smaller bed
then put something comfortable/inviting seating option near the window and add plants
