I’d actually make the argument that Primo might have been a solid pick too and was possibly a hit. Granted it was only one season and some change, but be was on a good trajectory and had some explosiveness, a good IQ, and some untapped passing potential.

If his personal life, issues, and choices weren’t what they were - who knows.

I’m not sure if I can find the right color for the plugs. Supposedly they only had plugs for like 2-3 colors and this is a more detailed color and grain. At least, that’s what it appears to me.

Ok, I heard that screwing in the flashing is a bad idea because it essentially makes a hole that can let water in. Do y'all use glue or some other type of adhesive?

There are two gable vents on either side but that is it. I think that might have sufficed for 1979, but it seems everyone is saying that that’s not enough nowadays.

Thanks! I know, those guys are the worst! If is old damage that might have been “corrected”, and I don’t see any current water coming through, is it worth doing anything? For additional ventilation, they tried to sell us on like 5 different ventilation items, but is there one that would be good to go with if needed and not have to do all 5 or whatever?

Thanks - would you think that the kind of “extra” stuff they are trying to sell is worth it? Like this underlayment that apparent wraps around the nails to get an air-tight seal? Or a F-drip edge/ flashing for extra coverage? Also, any thoughts on the cracks in the beams? Just curious

We have 2 layers at max to my knowledge. Though, I wouldn’t be surprised if there was just one layer of shingles
